Local Class A CDL Driver – Home at Night

Currently looking for CDL Class A Tractor Trailer Drivers to fill full-time openings in the Chicagoland area. Drivers pre-pull and/or deliver containers in the Chicagoland area as well as the surrounding states. Interested candidates must have a good driving record and be able to pass all pre-employment reviews.

Compensation for the Local Class A CDL Driver

Excellent pay: Average drivers earn 1430-1610/week and top drivers earn $2100+ per week
Home every night, Local Chicago + surrounding states

Owner Operators

Excellent pay: Average O/O earn 3400-4600/week and top O/O’s earn $6100+ per week
Home every night, Local Chicago + surrounding states

Responsibilities of the Local CDL Class A Driver

Drive truck to transport and deliver ocean and domestic containers.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and also perform preventative maintenance.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures.
Report defects, accidents or violations.

Requirements:

Class A CDL- ( min 2 year experience )
Valid Medical Card
Valid Class A License
Steady work history (no more than 3 companies in last 2 years)
Must Pass DOT Physical & amp; Drug screen
20/40/45′ Ocean (Rail exp preferred but willing to train)
